If you are a new client please complete the ‘Contact’ form on our website.

You do not require a professional referral to attend the clinic. However, if you have received a referral please provide this to the clinic upon booking.

Please provide your referral (if you have one) and any relevant reports that you may have from previous assessments.

Yes our reports are recognised by the HSE, Department of Education and all other service providers.

Our main clinic hub is based on Blessington Main Street in McGreals pharmacy & clinic, just across from the West Wicklow House. There is free street parking just outside and across the road.

We send courtesy SMS and email reminders one and two days prior to appointments (be sure to check your email regularly in the days and weeks leading to and following your assessment for any communication from us), however, we still appreciate that our clients remember their appointments and arrive on time.

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice in order to offer appointments to other clients on the waiting list. Clients who fail to turn up to their appointment or cancel within 24 business hours of their appointment may be charged a cancellation fee.

For your convenience we use a secure online payment processing system to process all payments automatically. Full Payment for assessments will be retrieved prior to commencement of your assessment. Please note that this does not apply if your assessment is being funded by a third party e.g. the HSE or school
